But that is only possible if you take good care of your skin on daily basis. As you get older, this is more important to start a quality skin care to treat your skin. The two most basic factors that make your skin healthy and glowing are well balanced diet and healthy life style. Here are some essentials and trustworthy ways to get smooth and healthy glowing skin.

1.    Cleansing, Toning and Moisturizing
Don’t forget to wash your face at night to remove makeup and the dirt of a day. Use a good quality cleanser rinses it off with water. Then use a toner to remove the dirt and make your skin fresh. After applying toner  apply a good moisturizer to protect your skin to rejuvenate while you sleep and drying out. Cleansing, toning and moisturizing in the morning leaves your skin ready to face the polluted environment.

2.    Well Balanced diet:
Eat healthy and balanced diet every day with regular intake of vitamins, minerals, and protein to repair and maintain your skin. By intake of proper nutrition to your body it needs, your skin will expose radiant results. With poor diet your skin looks dry and dull in complexion. A balanced diet with lots of fresh and juicy fruits, vegetables, fish, lean meats, and whole complex carbohydrates contain potent antioxidants that protect against the damaging effects of free radicals.

3.    Sun Exposure:
The sun is conscientious for 70% of the aging of our skin. Sun exposure is the most part harmful, as ultra violet rays are able to penetrate tissues very finely below the surface and damage the essential collagen that supports the skin. It will not only leave you with dry, leathery, age spots, forever wrinkled skin and spider veins but also develop the chances of skin cancer. Always wear sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or covered your self when you are outside.

4.    Drink more water a day:

By drinking a lot of water keeps skin hydrated, moist, and glowing, so it is necessary to drink at least eight glass of water per day. Keep a bottle of water with you when you are outside at work or for any other purpose.

5.    Avoid smoking and Alcohol:
Smoking and drinking alcohol are responsible to produce harmful effects for your skin. Smoking is one of the worst things you can do to your skin. Alcoholic beverages dehydrates the skin and smoking causes all sorts of damaging changes that hasten the aging process of the dermis and left with wrinkled or leathery skin. Try to avoid this habit not just for beauty reasons, but for health, financial and social reasons as well.

6.    Beautiful Sleep:
The body and mind need time to rest, recover and regenerate. For glowing and healthy skin you should need eight hours of sleep each night. By this you can get rid of swollen, puffy eyes, dark eyelids, and under-eye circles, dull and dreary skin. Lack of sleep is connected with the release of stress hormones, which can lead to blemishes and outbreaks of acne and also lead to serious health problems like Weight gain depression, heart disease, cancer and diabetes.

7.    Exercise:
Regular exercise can radically develop your skin tone. Exercise improves blood circulation, delivers oxygen and nutrients to skin cells and eliminate metabolic waste products as damaging toxins when you sweat. Sweating flushes out the pores, removing oil and debris that can clog pores and lead to acne breakouts. You should add slowly work exercise into your routine, at a pace you’re comfortable with. You can go for a brisk walk or do stretches in the morning, or engage in evening aerobics. It’s good for the body, makes your skin glow and help to prevent wrinkles and lines.

8.    Stress management:
To avoid stressful situations are difficult for the average person with family, friends and work; which are the common contributors of stress. So find ways to reduce stress in your life for your overall health as well as the manifestation of your skin.
